At braided.pk, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

We take pride in providing high-quality jewelry and watches, and every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards.

However, in case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist you with a replacement (subject to availability). Please note that refunds will not be issued in any case.
